FAQ
- Does Midjourney have an API in 2026?
- No official public API. Third-party API wrappers exist via the Discord bot but are unstable and against ToS in many cases.
- Can I render Chinese characters with Midjourney V7?
- Limited. Mid V7 handles short Latin headlines well but Chinese / Japanese / Arabic in-image text is unreliable. GPT Image 2 hits ~95% accuracy across these scripts.
- Is Midjourney faster than Pixmo's GPT Image 2?
- Roughly comparable for 1K images (5–10 seconds). Pixmo edges ahead at native 4K and on conversational multi-turn editing.
- Can I use Midjourney commercially?
- Yes on the Standard plan and above. Free trials and the Basic plan have restrictions. Pixmo includes commercial use on every plan including the free tier.
